Section 25
The Government of Nepal may prohibit the production, sale, distribution, storage, transportation, export, import or consumption of drugs
If it is deemed necessary to prohibit the production, sale, distribution, storage, transportation, export, import or consumption of any drug, the Government of Nepal shall notify in the Nepal Gazette It may issue an order to prohibit the production, sale, distribution, storage, transportation, export, importation or consumption of such drugs by publication.
